NOTE: RARE Silver label US 1988 (or ‘86) US pressing (see photo).
“Epicus Doomicus Metallicus" 1 is regarded as a landmark release by many doom metal fans and is considered one of the most influential doom metal albums of all time. The album has a significantly different sound from other European heavy metal bands of the time, because of the use of operatic vocals mixed over slow and heavy guitar riffs.

Cover has nice gloss, has cutout/promo cut in upper right corner. Includes inner sleeve/lyric sheet.
All records were ultrasonically cleaned and then put in 3-ply, anti-static, archival quality record sleeves just prior to listing.
