Description

Welcome to The Cat Girl Music Sale!

We have for sale this fantastic US LP from Can entitled 'Future Days'.

Cover - Good+

Inner - Plain Original, Very Good

Vinyl - Very Good+ (Playing) / Very Good (Visually)

Matrix - UA-LA213-F-1-1 / UA-LA213-F-2-1

This original US United Artists LP plays well with no jumps or skips or any real loss of sound quality. There is some very, very slight crackle at the start of side 1 and some crackle at the start of side 2, the rest of the LP plays perfectly, so overall we have graded this LP as very good plus. Visually, we grade this album as very good. There are no fingerprint marks, two hairline scratches on side 1, three hairlines on side 2 and a paper scuff on each side, this is still a really clean and shiny LP. The labels are clean and free from writing, marks or stains with some very light spindle traces.

The original plain inner is in very good condition, it is intact with no marks, stains, splits, tears or writing, just some creasing at the top opening edge.

The original cover is in good plus condition. There is some scuffing to the corners and edges, some heavy. The spine is quite good with some scuffing at the start, all words on the spine are readable but some scuffing gets in the way. The front cover has a cut in the top left hand corner (this is to mark it as a deletion in the US) and there is ringwear and rubbing to both the front and back cover. This cover is intact, no rips, stains, marks or writing. Have a look at the pictures for further details.

Overall this is in very good condition and is a great addition to anyone's collection.

All gradings are in accordance with the Record Collector's Grading System which is listed at the bottom of this write-up for reference.

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
