EXTREMELY RARE and out-of-print LIMITED EDITION 1st PRESSING New Hormones PICTURE SLEEVE 4-track SEVEN INCH VINYL SINGLE called "SPIRAL SCRATCH". This is the original 1st pressing and does not feature the 'With HOWARD DEVOTO' in title as the repressing have.
