Interesting. Front cover says stereo but the back says mono? Record says stereo. 

It has a cut out notch.

The product is an original 1966 vinyl LP of "Buffalo Springfield" by the band Buffalo Springfield, released on the Mint Records label. This LP is a stereo recording with a speed of 33 RPM, featuring a mix of psych and folk rock styles.
