Description
Buffalo Springfield "Last Time Around"
This is an original US vinyl pressing on Atco 33-256 from 1968. This is an extremely rare Mono white label promo. It comes in a stereo cover with a special promo sticker that says : 'D/J Copy Monaural promotional not for sale'. This was never commercially released in mono, so there are no mono covers.
This was their last studio album. They released three singles, but they didn't chart : 'Uno Mundo', Special Care' and 'Four Days Gone'. Neil Young, Steve Stills, Jim Messina, Ritchie Furey, and Bruce Palmer. What a great band!
Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ / Record is M-
The unipak gatefold cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits. There is very light ring wear on the back cover only. There is some seam wear. On the back cover the top right corner is bent. The top of the promo sticker shows tiny wear, where someone tried to remove it. ( they gave up and it is still intact ) The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint. There are no scuffs or scratches. There are a few very light paper marks, that can not be heard. The labels are perfect with no spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white inner sleeve.
The songs are : On The Way Home, It's So Hard To Wait, Pretty Girl Why, Four Days Gone, Carefree Country Day, Special Care, The Hour Of Not Quite Rain, Questions, I Am A Child, Merry-Go-Round, Uno Mundo, and Kind Woman.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 5/8 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic album sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 7 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office changes. There are no handling charges. This record will weigh 23 ounces ( 1 pound, 7 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and a email with the tracking number. Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
