Originally released in the US in 1968, this edition is an Australian reissue from 1978.

Released by Axis.
Grading:
- Sleeve: Very Good plus: Laminated cover with a couple of faint marks around the edges and a crease line in the top right hand corner.
- Vinyl: Very good plus. Only the faintest of light marks.
