Buffalo Springfield "Expecting To Fly"
This is a UK vinyl pressing on Atlantic 2464 012. There is no year on the cover, but it's around 1970. It's classic early Buffalo Springfield with a couple other cool songs. Nine songs are from their first album, two songs are from 'Last Time Around', and one song is from 'Again'. It comes in a glossy cover with a unique color photo collage.
Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M-
The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint. The cover is mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits. There is very slight overall wear, only noticeable when you look at the cover from an angle. The labels are perfect light spindle marks. The record comes in a plain white UK plastic lined inner sleeve.
The songs are : For What It's Worth, Expecting To Fly, Special Care, Hot Dusty Roads, Everybody's Wrong, Pay The Price, Flying On The Ground Is Wrong, Burned, Do I Have To Come Right Out And Say It, Leave, Out Of My Mind, and Merry-Go-Round.
I have been buying and selling records for more than 25 years. I sell records at all Northwest record conventions and at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.
I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. One sheet is 3/4 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard. The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboad. Together they are very strong and unbendable. ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! ) It will weigh 19 ounces ( 1 pound, 3 ounces ) when ready to ship. US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail. All US winners will get shipping through Paypal with a tracking number. Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International. I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number. ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. ) I will remove the record from the cover and place them in a plastic bag. I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.) I will combine shipping if you win more than one record. There are no handling charges. This record is from a no smoking and no pets home.
