Description

This is Blue Note Records BLP 4009, Bud Powell The Scene Changes, a blue and white, microgroove, Liberty label mono issue of this classic record with RVG stamped in the dead wax on side 1. The record is in VG++ condition showing light marks on both sides but playing quietly except for some light clicks audible at the beginning of the record. The cover with the 43 West 61st St. New York 23 address, has label residue and light loss on the edges but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with light spindle marks. The record was played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode and cleaned on a VPI 17. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful Blue Note mono recording.
