Description
Blue Note BLP 1504 with 767 Lexington Ave. NYC on both labels with the same address at the bottom of the back cover. Deep groove on both sides. The record has "RVG" and the "ear" inscribed in the dead wax. 12 tracks includes 1 alternate master of "Ornithology". 9 tracks with Powell, piano; George Duvivier, bass; Art Taylor, drums from 1953. 2 tracks with Powell, piano; Tommy Potter, bass; Roy Haynes, drums from 1949. 1 track with Powell, piano; Curly Russell, bass; Max Roach, drums from 1951.
Cover: VG++ to Mint(-) Intact and clean. Wear on 1 corner with slight wear on the bottom edge. 2 store stickers on the back cover. Minor aging on the back cover.
Record: Mint Visually shows no wear. There are 3 very light, surface rub marks on Track 1, Side 1. This does not effect the sound. The record was possibly played only a very few times, if at all. No surface noise. Moderately heavy vinyl pressing. Audibly checked.
