Description
Hello. Ihave for sale a mint condition, unplayed copy of Bruce Springsteen's 2002 albumThe Rising. It is the vinyl 2 record version on the Columbia label. The rearcover shows the catalogue number COL 508000 1/5080001000.
I purchasedthe record in 2002 and have never played it. It has been stored in a plasticprotective sleeve in a record box ever since then. The actual records have neverbeen taken out of their sleeves. Those sleeves have only been taken out of the maincover two times, once to look at on purchase and once to photograph them forthis sale. The outer cover, internal sleeves, record labels and vinyl aretherefore in mint condition. I was not prepared to take the vinyls out of theirsleeves to photograph them for this sale as I wish to preserve them and the labels asabsolutely mint for the buyer.
The reason Ihave never played this album is that as a huge Bruce fan I became a collectorrather than a vinyl player. I have all of his albums and singles and many'unofficial' items on CD and vinyl but played only the CDs and purchased thevinyl for 'completist' sake so put them away and left them alone.
This is anextremely rare item now, being long outof print and hard to find in any sales listings in this As New condition, except at very high prices.
I amconfident that this item is in mint condition as described but if the buyerfeels that the item is genuinely not as described then I will gladly discussthe matter and if appropriate give a full refund.
Thankyou forlooking.
