DESCRIPTION: Bruce Springsteen LP- Smalltown Boy. This is one of the rarest versions of this semi-official release. Stickerd cover with Numbered 219/250. In fantastic multi-coloured splatter vinyl. Complete with Original Swingin Pig poly lined inner. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Swingin Pig TSP037 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1989 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: Luxemburg CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX+. Vinyl is immaculately clean with no visual imperfections. Clearly very lightly played and very well looked after.No visible spindle lines on either side.. Played brief passages of this today on my Pro-ject Deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Passages I have played sound great, faultless. Superb clarity and loudness. Amazing sound quality for a semi-unofficial release. Cover is firm and square and has less than light edgewear, cornerwear and creasing. . Swingin Pig inner is in great condition, minimal wear but with a 1" fine paper split to bottom edge (poly lining intact/not split). Immaculate labels. No writing, rips or sticker tears. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System but please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL ONLY UNLESS STATED. You are likely to get some background noise , even if its just between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.
