Sleeve and single are in mint condition.
Single is in a paper sleeve to protect the record.

Note: when talking about this 12 inch there is always talk of a mysterious poster. I know of several people who bought this record at the time of release and no one has a copy with the poster. In fact, I know of no one (in Holland and abroad) who's ever seen a copy with a poster and there are noted collector's among them. Fact is that there is not even a picture available of this poster. (A formidable collectors item) Make your own conclusion.
