this is a very rare item, a must for fans and collectors of bruce springsteen. incredibly rare double uk white label test pressing set of the great 1980 dbl LP "the river" on cbs. note from the picture below that each white inner is inkstamped "bruce springsteen" and "the river"- 1 of the LPs also has a nice stickered label stating publishing and copyright details, while the other labels contain handwritten cbs 1/2/3s! also pictured is the ONE label copy / cue sheet which the item contains. unsure why just one but it doesn't detract too badly from the item overall.

over 4 sides of vinyl, 3 are excellent, but one side (side 4) does have a nasty mark on the track "ramrod" but it does play over with a tick as opposed to an actual scratch. i'm personally of the opinion that it doesn't detract too much if only because lots of record labels actually sent test pressings out as promos so of course they will be played and DJs will choose favourite cuts to play. they make so few of these and they rarely turn up- fabulous item that starts VERY low!
