I've been collecting and selling records(blues, jazz, gospel, rock, country, radio promos and the strange and out-of-print stuff), posters and promo displays for the past 30 years and now I'm starting to sell my collection because I have twins on the way! I will be trying to list a bunch of records every week so please check back with me and see what all I've pulled out of the stacks.

How do I grade my records?

MINT- There is no such thing unless the record is factory sealed. Even then I will grade the record cover separately from the wax its self.

NEAR MINT(NM)- Pretty much as perfect as you can get. No visual blemishes and plays perfect.

VERY FINE(VF)- Nice and bright gloss but may have a light sleeve scuff or two. Plays excellent.

FINE(F)- Still very nice and bright gloss but may have a small visual scratch/scuff or two. Minimal "hiss" or "pop" during play.

VERY GOOD(VG)- Still has a nice gloss. May have scratches or multiple scuffs that results in multiple "hiss" or "pop" during play.

GOOD(G)- Faded gloss with multiple scratches or sleeve scuffs. Still playable with no skips but with surface noise in parts.

POOR(P)- Little to no gloss left. Some damage, scratches, scuffs, serious wear. I will not sell these unless the record is very, very rare in any condition.
