SUPER RARE transparent color swirl vinyl press!!!!

Picked up at a record show awhile back. Here's the deal, I can't find ANY information on this color vinyl swirl pressing. Because of the rarity of this and the way the cover art is a sheet of paper I believe that this may be a one-of-a-kind test pressing. I don't know for sure though. In researching the company that pressed this record they had made some limited runs of other classic artists with the same color swirly vinyl but I can not find any info on Springsteen. Also, I have a couple test pressings of other artists and they often come with the sleeve art in a format like this where it's not a fully developed sleeve. Because of this I am pricing the record out on the high end. That all said, if you're a Springsteen expert and want to correct me on its rarity then please do.
