Broadway Rastus on Paramount 12764. Rock My Soul / Whoopee Stomp. Side A is "VG-" and Side B is "VG" to "VG+". Must surely rank among the ten all-time great barrelhouse piano records. It is obvious from the labels that this copy has had either heat or water damage during its lifetime. Still, it plays remarkably well, although requiring extra weight. This is the copy used for the reissue by Johnny Parth on Document CD 5655. Listening to this record now, we would have to say it plays darn close to a loud "E-".
