"Not If You Were the Last Dandy On Earth!" 12" EP / LP
I am selling a copy of the rarest Brian Jonestown album, "Not If You Were the Last Dandy On Earth!" 12" from 1997. Only 300 were pressed. This release is the very first from the BJM's own 'Committee To Keep Music Evil' label. This album was immortalized in the documentary "DIG" as Anton Newcombe's response to the Dandy Warhols' "Not If You Were the Last Junkie On Earth" single. Side 1 - The song. Side 2 - A thirty minute rant by BJM's Anton Newcombe about the Dandy Warhols (whilst playing music from his own collection- truly insane!). It was reported that most of these were given out freely at the time outside of a club that the Dandy Warhol's were playing by a roller skating, fur clad, strung out Anton. The remainder quickly sold out on the BOMP records website.
I purchased the record sealed and it has only been played once. The plastic sleeve is still intact and can been seen in the photos. Both sides of the record have the slogan "Keep music Evil" etched into them.

This album is a true classic collectors item. The condition is excellent, it is a true investment grade record.
