Description

This is the acetate demo for Lindisfarne's first album (Nicely Out Of Tune), recorded before they changed their name to Lindisfarne from Brethren.

If I remember correctly one of the tracks is in a different position from on Nicely Out Of Tune.  

The Trident Studios Label has 'Brethren LP' '33 1/3 Stereo' written on it

The cardboard cover has 'Penny' written on it as well as '1st Cut Bretheren' (sic) and 'Brethren LP'

 

Unfortunately there are a number of scratches and scrapes, but this is a very rare album and will be sent to the winner of this auction by first class post.  Unfortunately I am unable to check how it plays as my turntable is long gone.
