Description
Up for auction is a NM copy of Boxer's Bloodletting. This is an English pressing, on Virgin label, V2073. The jacket is NM, still in it's shrink wrap. The colors are brilliant and glossy. The record is also NM, with no visible paper scuffs or scratches. Very glossy, beautiful record, and a great addition to any collection.
This record is not from my personal collection. You will find some dust on the surfaces, but no grime. I am keeping some of the records from this collection, and have found without exception that they are very clean, and dead quiet with only a light brushing with my carbon fiber brush. The previous owner obviously handled his records with great care, never touching the surfaces, and I have found all of them were sleeved correctly. Still, for best results and satisfaction, I recommend you thouroughly clean any record before playing. I do not have a proper record cleaning machine, so I will not attempt to clean records I sell.
I expect the buyer of this record to contact me within 3 days of the auction's close. Payment is expected within 7 days of close, and MUST be made in US dollars. I will accept paypal, a money order or cashier's check for quick shipment, or a personal check with shipping delayed 4 or 5 days until I'm sure the check is good. Failure to contact me or send payment will result in bad feedback and relisting of the record.
Shipping will be via USPS parcel post. Overseas shippping will be via air mail. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This record will ship within the US for $7, with any additional records purchased adding $2 each to the shipping charge. International shipping charges will be calculated after auction close and added to the invoice. Additional records shipped internationally will add $4 to the shipping charge. I will also ship via UPS or Fedex at the buyers request. Extra charges for these premium services will be added to the invoice. Insurance is recommended for any item, but I will require it on any item valued over $30 or shipped internationally. It's cheap and protects both of us.
As for the actual packing and shipping, please check into my feedback. I get a lot of compliments on the packing I do, whether it be a single record or a heavy piece of audio equipment. It will increase the shipping weight a bit, but you can be assured of getting your record intact.
