DI-CUT COVER: EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) STILL IN SHRINK, No splits, no ring wear and bright white boarders and back slick, no writing or promo cuts, firm spine, upper left corner crease, very light edge and corner rub opening end, thick plastic clear inner sleeve.
PICTURE DISC RECORD: NEAR MINT (NM) All Gloss and Shine, no signs of paper scuff marks or general use, no hairlines or scratches, almost no background sounds, awesome condition, solid play.

Allegedly promo only, "Mastered By Capitol" stamped with a name "Wally" hand written into wax, other matrix info etched. Comes in black and white large center hole Di-cut sleeve with title info on rear. Album came from a former CBS Vice President of Marketing personal record collection I bought some years ago. Over 5000 albums where most were either sealed or promotional albums. Steve was also responsible for marketing bands such as Kansas and Argent in the 1970s. This album is the real deal and from one of the executives close to decision making for Picture Discs. Please see Kansas Picture Disc and Tour Program up for auction.
