Bossa 3 - Os Reis do Ritmo / Orig '66 Brazilian Odeon

25

ARTIST: Bossa 3
LABEL: Odeon MOFB 3449 (Brazil 1966 Mono)
TITLE: Os Reis do Ritmo
CONDITION:
Sleeve: Mint- and still in original loose plastic baggie that encases the entire cover (inside & outside) typical of these 60's Brazilian LP's. Has tiny, barely visible radio station call letters at the top left corner of the back cover which are impressed into the cover as well. Also has a couple of very light creases.
Record: Retains decent original gloss w/ a fair amount of light surface scuffs and a few light scratches. I play graded this entire LP and it plays Mint- w/ just a few light background ticks at the beginning of Side B / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Nice original 1966 Brazilian Odeon copy of this excellent instrumental Bossa Nova piano Jazz trio LP which is occaisionally augmented by some Brazilian percussion. Features one vocal track at the end of Side B. This LP features the second Os Bossa Três line-up with Luiz Carlos Vinhas, Ronie Mesquita and Octavio Baily.
Tracks : Onde Anda O Meu Amor...Até O Sol Raiar... Não Me Diga Adeus...Coisa Mais Linda... É... Samba De Verão...Le Bateau... Silk Stop...Exatação À Mangueira...Balanço Zona Sul...Canção Ao Pé Do Berço...Cartaz...
I purchased this from a friend who lived in Brazil at this time,
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
