This EP was one of the releases made available through the Japanese webstore NYD as part of their second series of auctions directly conducted on behalf of the members of Boris. The test pressing comes in a custom sleeve made by the band who have also all personally signed it.

This particular BXI test pressing came from the GZ pressing plant in the Czech Republic. Brokered through the company Pirates Press in California and then delivered to Southern Lord's Los Angeles office. This release marked the final release for Boris through Southern Lord before moving to Sargent House.
