This is the original Japanese issue of Bobby Hutcherson “Patterns” on Blue Note (King) GXK 8185. The playing surface is as-new; perhaps played once. The cover is bright and clean throughout, with just a 7/8” split /ding on the top seam, at the opening. Personnel include James Spaulding, Stanley Cowell, Reggie Workman, and Joe Chambers.
