This version is an unusual misprint/mispress, having the Mono 'KCL 2663' catalogue number on the sleeve and on the Left of center hole on the labels, with the Stereo 'XSM 11717X' matrix numbers on the Right of the center hole
Runout matrixes are followed by small P on both sides, indicating that this was pressed at Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Pitman. The Front cover has KCL 2663 Above the Boxed Eye at upper left. The Rear cover has both Stereo and Mono Catalog numbers KCL 2663 / KCS 9463 at upper right to the left of Boxed Eye. A small '1' at bottom right indicating that it was printed by the Modern Album Finishing Co. press in Terre Haute, IN.
