Packing  we package your order as professional as we can records are removed from cover so the seams cannot be damaged The cover then has  cardboard covers placed  over each one so no damaged can be done to their corners.And last very thick cardboard is use to sandwich the record in.We have never had a problem in 30 yrs with our packing.                                                                                                                                                                      

GRADING we use strick grading methods with very bright lights to visually grade the records and covers  most gradings are better than described i grade them like i'd like to receive them
