Bob Dylan Tom Petty True Confessions Tour Bootleg Vinyl LP Unofficial.


Up for sale is a very rare 2LP bootleg of Bob Dylan’s true confessions tour with Tom Petty and the heartbreakers. I couldn’t find much on this release, I’m assuming it was pressed in Japan. The tracks were recorded live in Osaka March 6, 1986, except C4 & C5, Tokyo March 5, 1986. I haven’t seen another one of these pop up in a decade of collecting Dylan bootlegs. No noticeable scratches or background noise, plays excellent. The sound isn’t studio quality but it’s far from the worst I’ve heard with these bootlegs. Sort of thin, not very bassy but the sound is very clear. The jacket is a gatefold with no splits. There is some kind of bubbling on side B and D labels (see in pictures). No disc warp.
