There are so many versions of this album that I figure the Dylanologists will instantly know which one this is.
What I know for certain is that I purchased this copy on March 10, 1971 (it was a Wednesday!), as I was in the habit of writing that information on the inner liner of my records.
Also, I took pains to carefully handle all of my discs and this one was no exception. As a result it is an EXCELLENT copy, with only the typical and light surface noise, pops, and ticks that would be found on any vinyl from this era. I was shocked at how clean it sounded!
The generic white sleeve is also in very good condition. It has mild signs of shelf/edge/ring wear and a small split on the top edge. There is a vague trace of writing left on the spine from when I wrote "Stealin' Bob Dylan" on it 47 years ago. The paper liner has splits on all three seams.
