Records are in NM- to EX+ condition. Box cover is in VG+ condition. I would grade it higher as the front and back are Excellent but there is some wear, two corners on both the top and bottom halves have split and one side has the start of a split. See images for more details. All grading visual unless otherwise specified. Will ship out in a sturdy record mailer with proper backing.
