Description
Up for auction here is the legendary Bob Dylan bootleg "Great White Wonder." It is asserted that this is the first bootleg ever to be produced in the rock 'n roll era. GWW was released in the United States in July of 1969. Tracks come from Dylan's and The Band's Basement Tapes sessions with other tracks supposedly taped in Minneapolis in December of 1961.
The two discs are in EX+ or VG++ condition depending on your terminology. The labels contain the incorrect artist name with incorrect track listings (as usual).
The cover must be rated at VG to VG+ condition. The cover has the traditional blue GWW stamp with what appears to be the original owner's name written in ink on the inside. These are the only markings on the cover other than usual aging wear. There are short seam splits on the gatefold cover (see pictures).
