Bob Dylan  "The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan"

This is an original US vinyl pressing on Columbia Cl 1986  from 1963.     This was his 2nd album.     This is the original Mono pressing on the red label that says "Guaranteed High Fidelity" at the bottom.     The matrix numbers are machine stamped : Side One : XLP-58717-3J and Side Two : XLP-58718-2E.

This was the album that made him famous.    It has his first most covered song "Blowin' In The Wind".     Plus the well know songs " 'Girl From The North Country', 'Masters Of War', A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall', 'Don't Think Twice It's All Right', and 'I Shall Be Free'.      Every song is great !   It's so good that it's very hard to find this album in great condition.

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- /  Record is M-

The cover is Mint minus with no ring wear, no writing , and no seam splits.   The only defect is a tiny nick on the bottom seam.     The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint.    The labels are perfect with no spindle marks.  The record comes in an old style Columbia Records inner sleeve.

The songs are : Blowin' In The Wind, Girl From The North Country, Masters Of War, Down The Highway, Bob Dylan's Blues, A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall, Don't Think Twice It's All Right, Bob Dylan's Dream, Talking World War III Blues, Corrina Corrina, Honey Just Allow Me One More Chance, and I Shall Be Free.

About Me :

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.    One sheet is 5/8 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard.   The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard.   Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic album sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 3 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office changes.   There are no handling charges.     This record will weigh 19 ounces ( 1 pound, 3 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and a email with the tracking number.      Overseas bidders must use First Class Mail International.   I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number.   ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. )      I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.      Please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.

Serious Bidders Only :

Serious bidders only.    If you bid you must be prepared to honor your bid.     I expect payment within three days, but will gladly wait up to seven days, if you contact me.      I no longer accept bids from buyers with more than two strikes against them.
