BOB DYLAN "Another Self Portrait" 3-LP box set 35 previously unreleased demo tracks and alternate takes from the Nashville Skyline, New Morning and Self Portrait sessions.
This is BRAND NEW minus shrinkwrap. The records have never been removed from their sleeves, never been touched PERIOD.
This awesome box set is rounded out with a 2-CD version of the album, as well! The CDs are still IN SHRINK and UNOPENED. There also is a 12x12 coffee table book of cool pictures and information about the album. CDs, book and LPs are all housed in a beautiful hardcover slipcase.
Stock images used in this auction because I did not want to even take anything out of the box.
*PLEASE NOTE* There is a very small dent (smaller than half an inch) in the lower left spine of the hardcover slipcase that is barely noticeable.

ABOUT THIS RELEASE Bob Dylan Bootleg Series Volume 10 comes from the 1969 1971 recording sessions that ultimately produced the Self Portrait and New Morning albums. All 35 tracks are previously unreleased, alternate takes, demos or live versions of that material. The versions of the songs on this package are radically different from the officially released versions. The cover is new artwork by Bob Dylan. The liner notes have been written by Greil Marcus, who wrote the original Self Portrait review for Rolling Stone that infamously asked, "What is this sh**?." Also included is an extensive essay from well known journalist, Michael Simmons. The set also has extensive photographs of that era from John Cohen and Al Clayton many of them rare and unseen - as well as pictures of the original tape boxes and cue sheets.
The vinyl version contains 35 tracks on 3 LPs (and 2 CDs) plus a 12" x 12" booklet that includes the liner notes written by Greil Marcus, the essay from Michael Simmons, and the photographs from John Cohen and Al Clayton, and pictures of the original tape boxes and cue sheets.
