Description
This is a Pye International promotional press of Bo Diddley’s eponymous track for Pye’s 1963 repress of the 45.
Side A is one of the all-time great Chicago-bluesy early rock & roll tracks, while B is an instrumental. This copy has come from the collection of a gentleman who used to provide audio-quality feedback on promo singles (hence the grading system on the labels).
There’s a couple of tiny marks to labels besides the writing, but the vinyl has been audio-graded EX with a couple of tiny pops across both sides prior to being cleaned.
Please bear in mind I take our pictures under very strong light to aid transparency, sleeves/labels are not discoloured unless stated and scratches/marks WILL appear worse than when handled.
Welcome to the eBay outlet of Electric Palace Records, Kent's smallest record shop; based in Tenterden.
We price competitively with Discogs (where our handle is 'EPROnline') with the aim of providing premium product at premium value; often offering items at well below market price starting-value. Customers are welcome to collect from our store in Tenterden as we are always keen to meet like-minded individuals, or we can safely package for postage via record-mailer - please request an invoice before making payment if you wish for an alternative postage option (tracked etc.) see options below.
This is a great example of an all time great track of it's genre, so grab yourself a promo copy on vinyl!
