Description

Score SLP 4022 by Lightnin Hopkins: Strums the Blues. Contains 10 tracks originally issued on Alladin 78's in 1946, '47 and '48.Cover is clean and bright with very faint rubwear on front cover. Back cover has a little more noticeable rubwear and some soiling along the vertical edges. Top seam and spine are split with clear tape applied. Bottom seam has a 3" seam split. Labels are clean with a couple of spindle marks and small inkpen initials both sides. Moderate number of spindle marks.Bright glossy vinyl has a few hairline scuffs and shallow marks. Otherwise vinyl is bright and clean with very little evidence of groove wear. These excellent performances play very enjoyablely, with a little occaisonal pop and tick. Grade cover: VG..
