SLEEVE: In great condition - only minor wear around edges and seams - no rips or tears

VINYL: Only minor surface wear - plays great with no skips. Intermittent light pops are detectible, but with the absence of surface wear to justify it, I think the a good cleaning would clear any background or light pops up.
