Description

You are bidding on an original Blue Oyster Cult Spectres LP Columbia White Label Promo Record Error JC 35019 acquired from a relative about 30 years ago. The relative worked in record distribution at the time which is likely how he acquired this. This is clearly a white label promo as evidenced by the gold label at the upper left corner of the back of the outer sleeve (pictured), the promo white track listing pasted to the front cover, and the white labels on the disc. In addition, the labels have a significant error; the band's name is misprinted as "Blue Oyster" on both labels instead of Blue Oyster Cult. As for condition, the inner sleeve is in the worst shape, with splits on both sides (one pictured),  The outer sleeve is in better shape; looks excellent with only some minor wear as pictured.   The record itself looks new and plays like it when play-tested on a standard modern Victrola turntable, Please review all of the detailed photos that I have taken, as I have done my very best to accurately capture condition in these pictures.
