BUD POWELL "THE AMAZING BUD POWELL - VOLUME 1" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #1503. Vintage MONO pressing with the classic Blue & White labels and the NEW YORK USA address on the labels. 'EAR' and 'RVG' etched in the trail-off on both sides. Matrix number is hand-etched on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick cardboard cover. The personnel: Fats Navarro/trumpet; Sonny Rollins/tenor sax; Bud Powell/piano; Curly Russell or Tommy Potter/bass; Max Roach or Roy Haynes/drums. The vinyl is in phenomenal NM condition with a high luster!! The cardboard cover is in excellent shape, displays wonderfully. NO cut-out marks, NO bends or creases, NO significant seam splits, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 43 West 61st St., New York 23.
