1978 reissue with peach colored labels, 72 printed under ID numbers. Manufactured & Marketed By RSO Records, INC. 8335 Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90069 on lower label rim, large text. 0704 printed rear lower right corner. This comes from my personal collection, purchased new. I've stored the disc in an anti-static sleeve, jacket in a protective cover, and have kept it in an LP box.
