Description

One of a kind vintage item measures 15"x10".  The paper is pretty crisp, but there are some folds/small tears as pictured.  There are old pieces of tape on the back. 

Zephyr Records put out his 45 IF I COULD ONLY FLY in 1979, so this is early Blaze.

Did Blaze write on it?  It could have Blaze dust on it.
