Description
Reasonably good 2nd pressing copy of Black Sabbath’s classic 1970 album. No ‘swirl’ inner sleeve or ‘Jim Simpson’ credits with this example. A good ‘starter’ copy of a great album, and will do fine until that 1st pressing NM copy turns up!
Sleeve VG- In generally good shape for its age. Some rubbing to all edges and corners, but nothing excessive. The shield and helmet on the front cover appear to have been outlined in pen at some point. A date ‘1970’ is written on the centrefold.
Labels Ex Very clean with no marks or writing. Moderate but not excessive spindle traces.
Inner VG+ Period polylined bag dated 03/71.
Record Visually VG-, still a good shine to the vinyl. Some hairlines and scuffs visible in normal light on both sides, but nothing serious or offensive. Play-tested and sounds fine throughout, some crackle to be heard in the quieter sections. No sticks or jumps on my deck.
