I have to be relisting this album as it wasn't paid for by the winning bidder. At the buyer's request I was waiting for the payment for more than two weeks. Please match your desires with your capabilities before placing a bid.
Very rare US copy of Black Sabbath's legendary second album "Paranoid", greatest metal album of all time including "War Pigs", "Iron Man", "Fairies Wear Boots" and of course the title track "Paranoid". The album is still in a factory sealed condition with a unique collectible gatefold cover having a greenish original border along the top edge and spine. Throughout all of my time of collecting vinyl I have never come across a similar cover. It really looks amazing, please see Photo 2. This copy has the 1st pressing catalog number "WS 1887" and the mega rare original "Contains the Hit...IRON MAN WS 1887 Printed in U.S.A." hype sticker which came with only the very early pressing copies. Therefore, I'm sure that this copy is more than 50 years old and inside there should be the Warner Bros. army green labels with the WB shield logo. The album is in great condition with some light shelf wear on the shrink wrap.
