Description
Original deep-groove mono pressing of Billy Taylor "Uptown" on the 3 1/2" (small) blue and silver Bill Grauer reel-logo labels of Riverside RLP 12-319. The playing surface is unblemished and immaculate, with a high luster; perhaps played once or twice. The non-laminated cover is in amazingly well-preserved condition for a Riverside cover of this period (the very thin, unprotected seams are most often split or very worn - or both): minor shelf wear and 3/4" split on bottom seam, at the opening; 1/4" wear to top seam, at the opening. Otherwise, the cover is clean throughout.
