The record and the cover are near mint; but only because we reserve the "mint" grade for records that are still sealed. In any case; as follows: The record looks like it has never been played. no fingerprints, no sleeve scuffs or wear of any kind (note the completely pristine, spindle trail-free labels in the listing photos). As for the cover, exacting inspection of the listing photos shows a tiny area on the front at bottom left where the image has been damaged by what looks like (but given the location of it, probably isn't) a little sticker tear. Also what may be worth noting for an exacting buyer -- and visible in the photos -- are eve so slightly bumped corners at the top and bottom of the spine. We've been buying and selling interesting records -- and only records -- out of a small retail store in Maine since '87 and enjoy a reputation far and wide for what sticklers we are when it comes to the condition of what we sell.
