Description

This is a rare original 11-inch single-sided test pressing of Billie Holiday’s June 23, 1938 recording of “I’m Gonna Lock My Heart Away” (mx 23154-1) on Vocallion 4238. Recording information is also etched into the dead wax rim. The vinyl playing surface is in flawless near-new condition; perhaps played once. Personnel include Charlie Shavers, Buster Bailey, Claude Thornhill, John Kirby, and Cozy Cole. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
