Description
This is Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member, Bill Haley, together with The Comets, singing "Shake Rattle And Roll" on Decca DL 5560 from 1954. The record looks VG+ with moderate surface markings but plays VG++ with minor background noise. The jacket is in beautiful NM condition (almost MINT). There are no seam splits or writing on this jacket. This album comes in a clear, poly-vinyl protective sleeve. Price guides suggest $800 to $1,300 for a NM copy. You can own this nice copy for half of that minimum suggested value. Also included is a 15-page extensive biography on the father of rock and roll, Bill Haley, with lots of classic early photos of Bill and the Comets.

I tend to grade conservatively. Several customers have left feedback that the records were actually better than stated. However, you have my unconditional guarantee that I will take the records back if you think that the records are not as stated. My reputation is what has kept me in business for 44 years.
If you win multiple auctions, I will combine packaging to save you as much postage as possible. I ship with sturdy cardboard packaging to protect your records.
