Bill Evans Trio, How My Heart Sings, Riverside Mono 473 with Chuck Israels and Paul Motian On the dead wax: besides R473A/B, there are crossed out HG 157A/B, for whatever reason.
Vinyl: Very Good +... There are intermittent stretch with light ticking and a bit of surface noise. A scratch on the first track of the Side B causes a series of about 4-5 medium-volume clicks. A highly-listenable and enjoyable copy. Additional cleaning and proper equipment calibration may well increase the play-back quality. (I listened on two different systems: on one of them the playback was quite excellent.) In any case, the sound quality is fully intact--rich and warm with real presence.
Covers: Very Good ++... There is some fraying and rubbing along the outer edges and spine. Some age-related discoloration on the back cover. However no seam splits, no noticeable ring-wear and the front graphic is reasonably clear and bright. (There are some subtle smudges to the black background but the dots you see on the photo are not really there, just an artefact of the photo.)
Packaging includes new audiophile inner sleeve, new outer sleeve, cardboard padding, bubble-wrap and a thick cardboard record box. You may also want to look at the following:
