Crazy for You is the debut studio album by the indie rock duo Best Coast, released in July 2010. At the time of its release, the band—consisting primarily of singer-songwriter Bethany Cosentino and multi-instrumentalist Bobb Bruno—was emerging from the vibrant independent music scene in Los Angeles. The album quickly became associated with the wave of lo-fi indie rock that defined much of the early 2010s, combining fuzzy guitar tones, simple melodies, and emotionally direct lyrics.
The sound of Crazy for You is deliberately raw and minimalistic.
