10" 78 RPM 4 record album set.

OLD NEW STOCK.

Nellie Lutcher, piano & vocals.

Old store stock from Hart's Records in St. Paul, Minnesota. Hart Callender also was a local distributor for other independent record stores. He closed his operation in 1951 following an auto accident. He moved his huge inventory in the basement of his home until his death in 1996. He always hoped to get back into the record business but never did. Some of this inventory is still factory sealed, while others, like this one, had been removed from the factory wrapper & show the wear of 70 years of bin or shelf storage.

Condition of records is MINT!!! GUARANTEED NEVER PLAYED!!!

Condition of cover is V to V+: minor edge, corner &spine wear.
