Description

This is the original deep groove pressing of Benny Golson “New York Scene” on Contemporary C3552.  The playing surface is in new condition, with a beautiful luster; perhaps played once.  The coated cover is in excellent condition – bright and clean throughout; ¾” chip at the lower left corner of the back slick; 1/8” bump at the top right corner, ¼” bump at the lower right corner.  Personnel include Art Farmer, Gigi Gryce, Sahib Shihab, Wynton Kelly, and Paul Chambers.  $100.00..
