"I WISH I HAD NEVER MET NANCY"

Recorded at the iconic Regent Sounds Studios in 1964 under Sea Lark ENT.

(VG+) Very Good Plus, only has very light surface markings otherwise would be (EX)


I aquired this vinyl in a lot about 15 years ago from a vinyl collector, the story I was given was it was a song written about the actress Nancy Andrews, who was dating Ringo Star of the Beatles at the time and due to being friends with Ringo, the song was recorded but never released. Ive looked for years for any vinyl with this song but never found any. I did find the song on youtube, but never got any responces to my questions, Ive sold off the vinyls from that lot years ago but kept this one to learn more about it before selling, ive exhausted all efforts to find more info, decided to go ahead and auction it off to another rare vinyl lover. This 45 also comes with the original lyric sheet written in pencil, the names Ben Releigh and Bob Halley are written on it. There was a man named Bob Gould that claimed on the youtube post to have written this song but has not been verified. Ill let you all decide on the value of this.
