Two 12-inch Vertical Cut Test Transcriptions by Bell Telephone Labs Both dated May 1935 - Recorded at 33-1/3rpm - ? Experimental Recordings ? 1 - Labeled matrix BTL 623 (with handwritten matrix A 10,059-2T1) Matrix engraved in wax is 10059-2T1 - Rubber-stamped date: May 14, 1935 One-sided pressing. Reverse is smooth and blank. Pressed in an opaque cream-colored plastic type material ( ? experimental pressing material ? ) Written on label: Harry Horlick Orch. (a) Valse ? (b) Twilight (presumably selection titles) 2 - Labeled as matrix BTL 359 / BTL 361 ( two-sided pressing ) No numbers visible in wax. Rubber stamped date on labels: May 9, 1935 One selection on BTL 359 side Two selections on BTL 361 side Both sides are unidentified Orchestral classical / semi classical performances Pressed in opaque cream-colored plastic-type material ( ? experimental pressing material ? ) Both records in Excellent condition.
